Heavy-duty Semiautomatic Framework Coil Hot Press

Brief introduction:

This equipment can be used for fusiform coil, inter-turn curing, moulded coil curing. This hot press collects temperature control, electric control, mould pressing as one equipment, the electric cabinet, pump station, temperature controller are all in the casing with compact structure, concise and practical appearance.

Technical Specification:

1、 Electric heating power 12KW, general temperature 160~180℃, max. temperature 240℃, temperature adjusted by silicon controlled and use FUJI temperature controller to control the temperature. Precision error of meter is ±1℃, workpiece error for general temperature is ±8.5℃ in 1.4m.

2、 Oil pressure 6MPa, 9.2T force on each side (join force of four pressing heads on single side), operated by button.

3、 Adopting the process of automatic pressurization (low pressure 1.2-1.5Mpa), automatically exerting full pressure after 5~10 minutes (6Mpa) 5.6-6.2Mpa for pressure maintaining.

4、 Coil opening 145-1050mm, coil line 1600mm.

5、 Max. section 32×65mm².

6、 Mould length 2000mm, heating tube length 1800mm. Effective heating area length 1600mm.

7、 To the set time, automatic alarm, can coil off. Under the control of thyristor component and temperature controller, in the ±2 ℃ area of set temperature, automatic heating & power off.
