Constant Tension Frequency Conversion Pitch Adjustable Manual Desktop Taping Machine Technical Agreement

1. Technical specifications:

1) Mechanical general plate’s tension adjustment range: 1~6KG. Adjust mechanically through the spring, the opening should be more than 170mm, the opening of the mechanical constant tension should be more than 195mm, use the spring to adjust the constant tension 1-6kg.

2)Air chuck roller clamp the coil for overlapping rate, min. coil opening: 170mm, taping for single side. Use the conventional taping plate, remove the constant tension disc, install the φ100 conventional disc. If the opening more than 195mm, use the mechanical constant tension plate for taping back and forth or single side, the single side taping’s quality is good.

3) Max. Section area after taping: 20×45mm². Max. Coil length: 1000mm or weight not exceeding 7.5Kg. The table-board length 1800mm, width 900mm.

4) Insulation tape width 20mm, 25mm, random tape width. Overlapping 1/3~1/2~2/3, stepless adjustable (customer can adjust according to needs). Has the stand column roller to push the coil for taping pitch, totally has the above 4 phases.

5)Rotation speed: 50-220r/min, frequency control 0.75kw, the speed adjustment motor power: 0.37kw

6) General for the white cotton tape and the mica tape. General for the rotor coil bar and the stator coil.
